This exclusive is something Bethesda has been working on for the better part of eight years. From the looks of it, this game seems to have gained a lot from that prolonged development time.

After the showcase, this game ended up earning a lot more fans than anyone would have anticipated. So much so that some people are now even considering buying an Xbox. But others have decided to take a whole different route altogether!

Fans file a petition to make Starfield a PlayStation 5 exclusive!

In this generation, PlayStation and the Nintendo Switch are the only major players. However, Microsoft slowly pushed the console a little behind, leading to Xbox slowly losing fans to PlayStation.

And today, as mentioned above, Xbox is nowhere to be seen in this competition. To get a little better at this game, Microsoft started purchasing exclusives. And this is how they got Starfield for their console. It will be coming to its consoles, and it is going to be huge.

Starfield is the latest game from Bethesda Softworks. These are the developers who have established this reputation for making perfect open-world RPGs. And the recent showcase has proven that Bethesda seems to have done something really exciting and special here.

An open-world space game where players can pretty much do anything they want. The legendary director of the game, Todd Howard, defined this game as a source for players to fulfill their own spaceman fantasies. Being able to customize ships and being able to explore numerous planets.

This game is so good that it has interesting caught the eye of people. It appears a bunch of people really want to play this title, but not on an Xbox console. They have taken it to a petition website, and at their request, they want this game to become a Sony PlayStation 5 exclusive.

The petition has accumulated more than 1000 signatures in just 24 hours, however, it’s not too sure how many of the signatures are serious and how many are just following the trend. Starfield being one of the most anticipated games could be one of the best games released if Bethesda delivers on the promises made. Will Starfiled come into the PS5 world?

This is, of course, impossible, as this game is effectively an Xbox and PC exclusive. But this sort of petition does mean that plenty of new players just want to play this game on their platform of choice. Ultimately, this comes in as a huge point to declare that, in fact, the unofficial marketing of Xbox consoles and Starfield might have boomed in the gaming industry.
