The gaming industry currently boasts excellent products like the PlayStation 5 or the Nintendo Switch that utilize cutting-edge tech to provide a memorable gaming experience. But, when we take a stroll through time, there were some products that invoke a lot of nostalgia, and the Nintendo NES is one among them. Moreover, now nostalgia-invoking limited edition products are getting whooping values that can scale up to 8 figures!

The events that unfolded in the popular Pawn Stars TV show were an apt example of this. A person came into the shop to sell a Nintendo NES, and he wanted $1,000,000 for the system. This shocked Rick Harrison, one of the main cast members. So just like always he called in the industry experts to understand the actual value of the system.

The interesting factors associated with that particular Nintendo NES were not over. But the million-dollar question remained? How much is it actually worth? Especially as it is a gaming console that has an Amazon market price of $200. “Video games are starting to get viewed as art and history, not just these relics of nostalgia. This is it, this is the one that started it all,” was the final verdict of the gaming expert. Thus, making Harrison and the seller understand how much this unique Nintendo product was worth. The amount that can be spotted in an auction featuring this particular item can go from $300,000 to any amount. The sky is the ceiling for such a product.
