It is always fun to see hilarious conversations between popular celebrities. In that regard, MrBeast has had his fun share of sarcastic conversations. Now yet again he has added to the tally of such convos, but this time around, there is something that is quite interesting.

Jimmy is the current king of YouTube with more than 138 million subscribers. But what Jimmy hinted at in one of the tweets is sort of controversial. The Tweet was pointing towards the expectations MrBeast has for a new platform to emerge.

MrBeast wants a new platform to emerge and surpass YouTube?

Jimmy Donaldson is one of the biggest celebrities on the content platform. He has established his empire on the backdrop of YouTube and now is venturing onto different areas to conquer those as well. But even though Jimmy is known as a YouTube icon, he feels like that platform is boring.

In a recent tweet interaction with Futcrunch, Jimmy shared this perspective. Futcrunch was sharing his delight at hitting four million subs on the video-sharing platform, to which Jimmy hilariously commented, “They make numbers that low?”

Like a good sport, futcrunch replied and told Jimmy within five years he would hit the milestone set by Jimmy. But what Jimmy tweeted as a reply was intriguing.

He seemed to call YouTube boring and expressed his desire to see something new emerge. It is not that YouTube is getting sidelined in recent times, this statement may be due to the fact that the online space is ever-changing.

We saw many people migrate to Twitch when it was first released. And now some people were also spotted migrating to the controversial site Kick. Moreover, Facebook and Instagram have created a large space for content creators.

All these unique approaches by various platforms portray YouTube as a stagnant space. Though YouTube shorts are an innovative approach, fans expect the platform to roll out more intriguing aspects.

This doesn’t mean that YouTube is no longer an amazing platform. It surely is and will continue to be a pivotal figure. But, with time, many new players are expected to come into the competition. And it seems like MrBeast was also hinting at the same thing.

He also has ventured into different platforms like Instagram and TikTok, though his primary focus still is YouTube. Additionally, Jimmy has succeeded in establishing his brand on those platforms as well. His climb to the #5 position on the TikTok ladder is an indication of that.
