Owing to Microsoft Activision’s acquisition, Xbox was expected to bring a final end to the famous ‘Console War’. However, after Hi-Fi Rush’s recent performance, Microsoft is receiving huge blame for its lack of promotion skills.

After its surprise instant launch, the game was considered as “one of the most successful launches for Bethesda and Xbox in recent years” by Bethesda Senior Vice President of Development Todd Vaughn. Several haters are posting criticism on Hi-Fi Rush’s drawbacks and potting out a lack of marketing skills.

However, during these tough times, Aaron has stood up to the haters. After receiving huge criticism for Xbox’s marketing strategy, Aaron has mentioned the Hi-Fi game to be a success for the Xbox Team. He replied to a Twitter user’s harsh comment on Hi-Fi and Xbox’s current market strategy.

He mentioned, “Hi-Fi RUSH was a break-out hit for us and our players in all key measurements and expectations.” Aaron further added, “We couldn’t be happier with what the team at Tango Gameworks delivered with this surprise release.” After receiving tons of criticism, it’s nice how the Xbox team has finally responded while defending its exclusive title.
