Recently, on a Call of Duty talk show named The BreakDown, hosted by OpTic Methodz and OpTic Scump, Nadeshot shared his thoughts on CDL. According to him, the league has been able to fill the gaps that he witnessed in his pro days. Haag shares that CDL created hype for the scene that has never been seen before.

“I think the CDL era has been pretty damn good for the competitive Call of Duty community,” said Nade. “I know that might sound controversial, but you guys know how it was back when we had open brackets and pool play and all these players that we knew were tier 1 and belonged on pro teams, but people didn’t really care how they performed or what they ended up doing in any given event,” he further added.

But in the last few years, especially the year when we were not a part of things with competitive Call of Duty, I have never seen so much interest around 12 teams,” shared 100 Thieves CEO, Nadeshot.
