Conor McGregor aka ‘The Notorious’ might not seem like it but is a huge video game fanatic. Apart from his UFC career, he also has a history with acting and some of them with Mo-caps. Thus, it is an understatement, to say the least, that he surely has his fair share of roles in video games.

In 2016, the MMA star Conor McGregor was cast as the face and voice for the popular video game character Captain Bradley Fillion from Call of Duty Infinite Warfare. But before that, he used to play the popular FPS game all night long.

Conor McGregor played video games pulling all-nighters

In an official interview with FOX News, MMA star Conor McGregor was talking about his experience as the Infinity Ward and Activision acting as a Marine for the game. In that interview, he explained how he used to pull all-nighters playing Call of Duty and later slept in the morning.

He said, “I have played the game for many years. I was addicted to it. I wouldn’t stay for a while and I was I wasn’t training as much as I was playing the game. So to get an opportunity to actually take part in the game, I thought there was a stage where I’d like I’d be up all night.”

McGregor was addicted to Call of Duty

He also explained his situation where he got really stopped training enough and played the game for a longer period of time. Also, he would go to sleep in the morning when his girlfriend Dee Devlin would ask him to come for a walk with her.

Explaining his situation he said, “I’d wake up. I’d go training. I do maybe 2-3 hours [of] training. I come home nice and early. I’d sit down, I play Black Ops 2 and I play a whole night troop, and my girlfriend will be sitting in our apartment and she’d eventually go to bed. And I’m just hooked on it like bad hooked on it and then she’d wake up at 8 a.m. in the morning to get going for a walk, and then I’d say ‘okay now it’s time for me to sleep.'”
