Before Becoming a Millionaire, MrBeast’s Manager Reveals the First Five Words He Received From His Biggest Client

As YouTube’s most creative and biggest content creator keeps on growing, fans couldn’t think but wonder how a 12-year-old boy came to make such a name for himself in such a short time. As most might know by now that MrBeast had seen exponential growth over the past few years, a particular name always comes up with Jimmy Donaldson, and that is his manager and the CEO of Night Media, Reed Duchscher.

But it was not always like this, as recently it was revealed in an interview with a YouTube channel by the name of “The Motiversity Show”. In this interview, Duchscher revealed how he has been managing MrBeast since 2015 and the first time they had a chat on Twitter. This interview also revealed how he felt while researching about MrBeast and his early content.

MrBeast and his “crazy” ideas to make it big

In the interview with the host Joel Huculak, CEO of “The Motiversity Show,” it was revealed by Reed Duchscher that in the initial phase, he and MrBeast were introduced by a common friend, Garrett Hilbert Co-Founder of Dude Perfect. And when Reed researched for the then 17-year-old MrBeast, he was stunned by his crazy ideas and challenges.

During the interview, Reed said, “Garrett ran a mutual introduction for us on Twitter DMs and that’s how Jimmy and I met. I think his first message to me since [it] eventually sold as an NFT or something. Jimmy’s first message, I think it was like, ‘hey I need help making money.'”

He also said before, “One of the first videos I ended up watching was him spinning a fidget spinner, for it was either 24 or 12 hours, which I thought was a little strange.” While also adding, “I was like, you know what, let me dig in a little bit further on some content. The next video was him counting to a hundred thousand which I like skimmed through the whole video just to kind of see if it was legit, because obviously in my brain I was like there’s no way he counted to a hundred thousand. But after skimming the video I was like, okay, this guy’s crazy.”

Who is Reed Duchscher, and what is his role as MrBeast’s Manager?

In another interview with Samir and Collin, the Night Media CEO and former manager of Dude Perfect, it was revealed that Reed is actually a very close member of the MrBeast crew. As most of his videos are made by the sponsors that he brings for Jimmy.

It was also revealed that he saved Jimmy’s YouTube career once by giving him proper aid and support at the right time, or else it would have been a closed chapter for MrBeast. Apart from Jimmy, Reed also manages Minecraft streamer Dream and also used to be a core member of Dude Perfect.
