Owing to its massive popularity, Fortnite has become much more than just a Battle Royale game. Over the years, it has collaborated with some of the biggest names outside of gaming, such as Travis Scott, Marshmello, and J. Balvin, among others.

Surprisingly, Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson could be the next big name to make this star-studded list. While reacting on his Thanksgiving Day Parade balloon, the actor might have hinted towards his own Fortnite skin.

Following the Thanksgiving Day Parade, actor Brandon Davis commented, “Why does @TheRock float look like a #Fortnite skin of The Rock?”

However, a lot of fans went into a state of frenzy when The Rock himself replied to Brandon, Way ahead of you, BD. Great minds.”

Adding to the hype, Brandon Davis further said that he’ll buy the skin.

To say the least, this was a very entertaining Twitter thread for anyone who loves Fortnite and The Rock. All the actors certainly teased a collaboration; however, it is still hard to derive a conclusion out of it.

Fortnite collaborating with The Rock is not a far-off possibility

Fortnite has a long history of collaborating with popular artists, and the game itself is an integral part of pop culture in this modern age. From NFL to Star Wars, the Fortnite community has seen it all.

The current season in Fortnite is also a collaborative effort with Marvel, and it has been an astounding success so far. Since its beginning, several Marvel superheroes such as Thor, Iron Man, and Wolverine have reached the island to brace themselves for the Nexus War with Galactus.

Having said that, the Marvel season is nearing its end with the “Devourer of Worlds” event on December 1. Naturally, fan expectations from the upcoming season 5 and its events are already skyrocketing.
