Call of Duty Warzone is currently on top of the Battle Royale genre. Despite severe competition from Fortnite and Apex Legends, it reached a peak of 100 million players in just 13 months. This massive user-base comprises the likes of Dr Disrespect, Aydan, and Nickmercs, among others.
Many believe that Battlefield 2042, which will release on October 22, will lead to Warzone’s inevitable downfall. The upcoming game by EA and DICE is easily going to be one of the biggest highlights of E3 2021, and even Dr Disrespect has sky-scraping expectations from it.

Dr Disrespect has been criticizing several aspects of Warzone lately. These include skins like Roze, audio design, hackers/cheaters, and the meta.
Most recently, the Two-Time lost a gunfight owing to a Stun Grenade. He could not move and aim for almost five seconds, which led to him ranting against Stun grenades and Warzone altogether. Moreover, the streamer talked about Battlefield 2042, as he desperately wants the game to replace Warzone.
“The trashy-a** flashing just ruined the whole game, unbelievable! Battlefield, you gotta come in here man. Get rid of all the corny-a** bulls**t that’s associated with this man. F***** stunned, a stun eliminates your ability to move or do anything for five seconds in a game like this. That does not make sense from a design standpoint, it doesn’t!” said Dr Disrespect.
The2Time covered Doc’s rant against Warzone in a recent video.
It is self-evident that Dr Disrespect is done with playing and streaming Warzone at the moment. He is eagerly waiting for alternatives, and Battlefield 2042 is undoubtedly the safest bet.
