The month of October has arrived, and with a new week comes a reset on Destiny 2. This week sees the return of some of the most classic endgame content modes of the Bungie title, and fans can’t wait to play them again. Along with that, players will witness the conclusion of a major seasonal questline involving Savathun, The Witch Queen.

This week sees the end of the Wayfinder’s Voyage Quest with players gaining access to the final 8 steps. Starting from step 47, Guardians have three classified steps to take part in. Additionally, it also includes the usual tasks of collecting Parallax Trajectory, forming Astral Alignment and finding Lost Techeun’s Ley Line. Upon concluding these quests, players can finally have all the requirements to perform the exorcism on Savathun, which helps remove the Worm ingrained in her.

Grandmaster Nightfalls and Trials of Osiris returns to Destiny 2

Grandmaster Nightfalls arrives for the first time on Destiny 2 in Season of the Lost. The popular mode will have six difficult Nightfalls for players to compete in. This includes the Hollowed Lair, Lake of Shadows, Exodus Crash, The Corrupted, The Devil’s Lair and the Proving Grounds. So Guardians who want to earn some sweet rewards and win Adept weapons should definitely compete in it. This season, players need to make sure that they have a power level higher than 1345 to enter.

Following a popular week of Iron Banner matches, Trials of Osiris has returned to the Crucible as well. Bungie also has plans to improve the matchmaking in the next few weeks. These changes will help the developers remove the Flawless player pool, which became quite controversial. The Raid challenge for the week is The Only Oracle For You in the Vault of Glass. Upon completion, players will receive a second rewards chest and the Timelost variant of the Praedyth’s Revenge.

Crucible Rotator, Nightfall and Grandmaster Nightfalls for the week

The Crucible Rotator for the week is Mayhem, and players should take part in for some easy Valor Rank. While the Grandmaster Nightfall for the week is the Hollowed Lair, players can compete in the Proving Grounds for Nightfalls. The Adept weapon rewards for Grandmaster Nightfalls include the Plug One.1 Fusion Rifle and the Uzume RR4 Sniper Rifle.
