Grandmaster Nightfalls have finally returned to Destiny 2 in Season of the Lost. The game’s fifteenth season brings back the popular PvE mode with challenging opponents for players to fight against. This time the developers at Bungie have added in six difficult locations for players to clear and earn that elusive Conqueror seal.

The first Grandmaster Nightfall for the Season is the Hallowed Lair. It will be a tough outing for Guardians with Nightfall Modifiers like Festering Rupture, The Fanatic’s Zeal and many more. Players will have a lot of Scorn mobs to tackle, so they need to fight with the best. Here’s everything you need to know about the best builds and weapons for the Nightfall.

Best Subclass and Weapons to use in the Hallowed Lair Grandmaster Nightfall in Destiny 2

With the subclass, players can’t go wrong with the Stasis Warlock subclass. It’s easily the strongest one out of the lot, and everyone in the Fireteam can equip it if they want to. The most popular combo of weapons for a Fireteam this week will be double Vex Mythoclast Fusion Rifle and the Divinity Trace Rifle. Add in the Particle Deconstruction mod and players can deal a lot of boss DPS against Fikrul, The Fanatic. Additionally, the Divinity helps a lot against Overload Champions compared to other weapons in Destiny 2.

Along with that, the Fireteam might also want to have double Threaded Needle Linear Fusion Rifle as well. The weapon has some amazing perks like Clown Cartridge, Vorpal Weapon, and many more. Players can select other Linear Fusion Rifles as well and pair them with the Particle Deconstruction mod. With the damage boost from it, Fireteams can easily clear their way through bosses in the Hallowed Lair.

Using a Lasting Impression Rocket Launcher

One of the players might also want in the Fireteam might also want to think about using a Rocket Launcher with the Lasting Impression perk. This helps Guardians deal damage after sometime when they hit them while getting teleported by the boss. Because of this, the boss’ shields drop for Fireteams to continue dealing damage.

Using tips and tricks like these, players can easily defeat the Hallowed Lair Grandmaster Nightfall. Currently, players can receive the Adept versions of some old classics, and soon players can earn the others as well in the upcoming weeks. So don’t forget to tune and complete one of the six Grandmaster Nightfalls this week to win the Conqueror seal in the popular Bungie title.
