Fortnite surprised its fans earlier this month with the inauguration of its crew subscription service. The subscription costs $11.99 per month and gives the players access to the latest Battle Pass. Not just that, players also get access to the monthly exclusive cosmetic bundle and 1000 V-Bucks to make purchases from the Fortnite Item Shop.

Epic Games, over the course of the year, has surprised its patrons with collaborations with popular licensed franchises. The last season of the BR had a Marvel-theme, and the players saw several MCU characters descend upon the Fortnite island.

In yet another interesting development, Fortnite has joined hands with DC to add another feather to the subscription. To start off the collaboration, Epic Games has announced a new Green Arrow skin, which will be available soon for the players.

Green Arrow skin arriving soon in Fortnite

Epic Games will add the skin to the Fortnite crew subscription at the end of this month. The devs have also confirmed that players will be able to get their hands on the skin on December 31 at 7 PM ET.

The announcement clearly has the fans on their toes, but it isn’t as overwhelming as we thought it would be. This is primarily because the skin, like many others, was previously leaked. Be that as it may, it is still an incentive for players thinking of joining the Fortnite crew. The subscription is rather new and came along with Season 5.

Season 5 has already seen some incredible updates. The devs also included Black Panther challenges for the players to grab the Wakanda Forever Emote as an ode to Chadwick Boseman.

Furthermore, we are already into week 4 of Season 5, so Epic Games will unravel a series of new weekly challenges and quests for the players to fulfill. As usual, completing these will give players considerable perks.

The subscription has received mixed reviews since its inception. Epic Games has probably drawn it from the mobile market, where individual subscriptions have more or less become pretty common. But the system is still one of its kind for players accessing the game on their PCs and Consoles.

It doesn’t suit casual players who just like to enjoy the competitive animated title in their leisure time. But it’s a massive attraction for players who are hardcore fans of the BR’s Battle Pass.
