The latest reports emerging today, have reported that David De Gea is set to ‘stay’ at Manchester United, amidst the rumours of his potential move to Real Madrid.
Possibly the biggest and longest transfer saga in the transfer market this season and in Manchester United’s History since the Cristiano Ronaldo transfer in 2009, it doesn’t seem to take a break. The early morning reports indicate that De Gea, who was all set to join Real Madrid, might just stay at Manchester.
David de Gea reportedly is buffed up by this long running saga and has become more and more frustrated. The 24-year old shot-stopper who has one year left in his contract has reportedly decided that if the deal doesn’t breakthrough by next week then he will sign the new ‘Bumper Contract’ with Manchester united.
De Gea has been instrumental for Louis van Gaal’s side and has almost secured the Champions League birth on his own, winning the Manchester United Player of The Season award for the second year in a row. This news comes as huge sigh of relief for the Red Devils who were eagerly and affectionately wanting their star-man to stay, however nothing is done till it’s done.
