Cyberpunk 2077 patch also fixes its Braindance sequence that contained epileptic triggers
The pre-launch game reports had also mentioned how the game’s Braindance sequences had epileptic triggers, which could put players in harm’s way. However, CDPR was quick to address this and it promised to fix this as soon as possible.
Consequently, this update also tweaks the flashing lights in the Braindance sequence to reduce the risk of such triggers. Additionally, the Braindance sequence also included one song which triggered copyright issues for streamers. CDPR has also fixed this with an option for players to disable copyrighted music.
Miscellaneous
- Modified the flashing effect on braindances to reduce the risk of inducing epileptic symptoms. The effect has been smoothed out and the flashes reduced in frequency and magnitude.
- Removed copyrighted songs incorrectly present in the game with “Disable Copyrighted Music” feature toggled on.
