2020 saw the release of several high-profile triple-A titles, but Cyberpunk 2077 was the hottest release of the year. The title made headlines soon after its launch after breaking several records.

Sadly, it also made headlines for all the wrong reasons. Players sat through multiple delays before getting their hands on the title. However, the issues that plagued the game soon after launch nullified the excitement of the new title.

Those who have played the game are aware of the number of changes you can make to V’s appearance. This has been attracted a lot of attention and has been a highlight of the game. The title also includes 4 NPC’s, which depending on the avatar you’ve built, can be romanced with.

V doesn’t build a bond with every character. He can only romance with Panam and Kerry. Panam requires your avatar to have a male body type (which you select when you build your character at the beginning of the game), but both male and female voices are compatible.

On the other hand, your avatar needs to have a male body and a male voice to bond with Kerry.

However, players have recently found a link that allows male V to romance with Judy, which is otherwise not possible. The players will need to install the Cyber Engine Tweaks mod in order to experience this change. It is important to note that this tweak is only available for PC users of the game.

Male V romancing with Judy, however, has its share of irregularities. The lines uttered by both male and female V are identical, making what male V says in certain contexts completely unreasonable. The fans have dubbed this as ‘cut content.’

CD Projekt RED has denied all such accusations to say, “It was simply more convenient and easier for our localization team from a production point of view to record all lines with both voices, so we could avoid missing something by mistake that would require future recordings.”

“Judy was always only a female V romance partner and that was the artistic vision from the start, there was no male romance option cut from the game.”

Additionally, this isn’t the first mod that has been made available to the players. Another mod that surfaced a couple of days back enables the players to play the game from a third-person perspective.
