Cyberpunk 2077 is probably the most anticipated title set to release this year. CD Projekt Red had already postponed the title earlier due to the pandemic issue. Finally, they announced it will release on the 19th of November this year. The title’s release will follow the launch of the much-awaited consoles from Microsoft and Sony.
The official Twitter handle for CP2077 posted a tweet earlier today bearing exciting news for the gaming community. The game has gone gold and is awaiting its release date. This comes not too long after news of a studio-wide crunch to ensure the game wouldn’t be delayed yet again.
When a title goes gold, it means that the developers have finished working on it and are smoothing out any remaining issues and bugs in it. The tweet shows a picture of Keanu Reeves holding a golden-colored disc along with the announcement. This means that the studio will now start producing copies of the title for sale.

CD Projekt Red has pushed the boundaries of open-world gaming with Cyberpunk 2077
Cyberpunk 2077 follows the footsteps of CDPR’s previous open-world title, Witcher 3, in terms of gameplay. However, devs have confirmed that CP2077 will be nothing like what players have seen before.
CDPR claims to have really pushed the boundaries of open-world gaming with this one, making the gameplay experience as immersive and diverse as possible. For example, NPCs in the game will have unique daily routines. NPCs that accompany players on quests will serve significant functions in the game’s storyline.

Moreover, how the players treat specific NPCs will affect the storyline. Players can make them their friends, enemies, or even romance them (although this option will be available only for specific NPCs).
Witcher 3 had received huge critical and commercial success, and it looks like this upcoming title from CD Projekt Red will not disappoint either.
