The highlights of the match shows a clip where Irfan Pathan bagged the wicket of Younis Khan. Even after several years, Mehmood Khan Pathan’s face beams with pride as he watches his son in action.
On top of that, Pathan asks his father “Kyu barabar hain?” (So, all good?). To this his father replies with nothing but a big smile across his face.
Pathan uploads the video captioning it “Abbas’s happiness as if I have just taken a wicket.”

In this particular match, Irfan Pathan’s achievements stand at 3 wickets from his 4 overs. India had bowled out Pakistan for 152 runs. He bagged a total of 10 wickets in 7 matches during the tournament. His final performance of a securing 3 wickets for 16 runs was highlight. The match was helped at The Wanderers Stadium in Johannesburg.
The Trophy was lifted by MS Dhoni while Pathan was presented with the Player of the Match award.

Last month, he took to Twitter to express his emotions about the World Cup tournaments of 2007 and 2011. His primary idea was to connect the World Cup celebrations to the current situation. He asked everyone to remember that it is not a good idea to come out on the roads. The battle of Coronavirus has just begun.
