Former Australia one day skipper and cricket legend, Shane Warne has listed his beautiful residence in the prestigious Melbourne suburb of Brighton for sale. The property would be auctioned on April 4. Therefore, the prolific property flipper is eyeing a multiple billion-dollar paycheck of about $6.8  million to $7.4 million. 

Essendon Football Club legend Matthew Lloyd sold this estate to Warner. Warner formerly purchased this adobe in 2018. Records show Warne spent $5.4 million on this property.

The luxurious five bedroom mansion boast of a home theatre, eye-appealing rooms, and a quality bar. Equipped with 500-bottle wine-cellar, tasting room, and bar in the basement, the mansion has five bedrooms with five bathrooms attached. There is also an outdoor spa and pool with a water feature. Apart from the entertaining spots, there are Miele kitchen appliances and Calcutta benchtops too.

Shane Warne has given the responsibility for this estate to JP Dixon Real Estate. It is selling the home, describing Warne’s property as a “uniquely sophisticated and exceptionally accommodating” property “, against a backdrop of refined French Provincial design”

Hence, the Australian bowler will move houses to St. Kilda, leaving his beachside villa up for grabs.

The 50-year-old bowler is a legend in the game of cricket. Widely regarded as one of the greatest bowlers in the history of the game, he has been awarded Wisden Leading Cricketer in the world many times in the past. His success promoted the almost-forgotten art of leg-spin. After that, he became the first bowler to take 700 test wickets. Also, his international career total includes 708 test wickets. He officially retired from all formats of cricket in July 2013. The net worth of this former legend is $ 50 million. 

The Ashes legend is currently working in the UK as a commentator. He is quite active on Twitter and tries to connect with his fans regularly.
