Bayliss recalls the 2019 World Cup finals
The finals between England and New Zealand was a exhilarating match. The two teams fought it out on-field and even the super over was a tie. It was after boundary count that England seized the trophy. However, criticism about this rule that the team with more boundaries in the super over wins has poured in all over the world. ICC has decided to alter this rule.
Nevertheless, in the original super over, New Zealand needed two runs from one ball to win. However, Martin Guptill was run out when he was going for the second run.
