Team News:

Jamaica Tallawahs:

Jamaica Tallwahs have lost their last match to Guyana Amazon Warriors. Both the batsmen and bowlers had a disappointing outing  against the warriors. Even though Andre Russell and Jade Dernbach picked up 2 wickets each the warriors were able to put a target of 218.

In batting other than Glenn Phillips(40) and Andre Russell(40) none could have an impressive innings. With that loss Tallawahs are still on the bottom of the table and they will likely be there after the match against The Patriots.

St Kitts and Nevis Patriots:

St Kitts and Nevis Patriots was very close to secure one of the biggest win of the tournament as they were chasing a target of 216 against Trinbago Knight Riders. Evin Lewis (45) and Carlos Brathwaite (64) played a crucial role in the run chase. Lewis is the in-form batsman for the team at the moment.

The bowling department did not have a great outing against the Knight Riders. Brathwaite again shined with the ball, picking up 2 wickets. Having an all-rounder such as Brathwaite will for sure be crucial for the team. Rayad Emrit and Usama Mir also had a good tournament so far with the ball.

Injury and Availability News:

There have been no injury updates from both the teams.

Weather and Pitch Report:

There are forecasts of rain on September 20th at Kingston. So we might see interruptions during the game. The Sabinak Park’s pitch is helpful for the batsmen primarily, but will provide the bowlers something to play with. However, we can expect a run fest in this match too.
