As you may know, the Deagle was buffed just last week, making it just too OP to be realistic. Valve had increased the accuracy of the pistol while jumping; so much so, that players were jumping just to increase their chances of getting headshots with it.
Subsequently, it has been nerfed down in this patch update by including an “inaccuracy jump index” that lowers the accuracy of the pistol while jumping.
-Added a new weapon parameter "inaccuracy jump apex", set to 331.55 for the Deagle.
-7 new Music Kits are now available from famous composers in the Masterminds Music Kit Box.
-Updates to Anubis, Chlorine, Jungle, Train, and multiple changes to Vertigo.— CS:GO (@CSGO) April 17, 2020

Other changes include adding an ability to see the crosshairs of observed players and other players with the help of the scoreboard. Finally, CS: GO players can listen to the music kit MVP anthem when they inspect their music kits.
Music
Moving on to the subject of music, CS: GO introduced the Masterminds Music Kit Box. This is available in regular and StatTrak variants and it features 7 new music kits:
They include Austin Wintory’s Bachram, Daniel Sadowski’s Eye of the Dragon, Dren’s Gunman Taco Truck, Matt Levine’s Drifter, Sam Marshall’s Bodacious, Tim Huling’s Neo-Noir, and Tree Adams and Ben Bromfield’s M.U.D.D. FORCE
Today we're shipping a number of updates:
