Speaking of the directors, Reynolds recently trolled Wrexham’s executive director, Humphrey Ker, in a hilarious fashion.

Reynolds is known for his witty nature. He is often the Mr. funnyman in the room and is firm with his subtle jabs. In fact, he recently took a funny jab after he saw a video of Humphrey Ker playing soccer. The Wrexham director was enjoying friendly soccer with a group of people.

The troll wasn’t about his soccer skills; rather, it was about his antics on the pitch. A video was shared by a netizen showing Ker running for the ball. Behind her was a lady who gave a light challenge to the club’s director. The tackle did bring Ker down, however, he started rolling on the pitch and did it for quite a long time, to the point where he was doing it deliberately.

This enticed Reynolds to jump in with his witty wisdom as he wrote a hilarious caption. “I’m told he rolled for a good long while. Could someone please pick him up in Torquay?” Indeed, it was quite a hilarious caption from the actor, who also couldn’t hold his laugh. Ker really channeled his inner Neymar as he was continuously rolling on the pitch. The players also laughed their guts out.

Either way, it was something he did just for fun. However, when it came to Wrexham’s business, the director was full of ambition. He insists the club is prepared to clinch another promotion in EFL League 2, as he recently revealed the aspirations of the Red Dragons.

Ready for a new challenge

In a recent interview with Nation Cymru, Ker insisted that his side is competitive enough to fight for yet another promotion. “We feel that the sky’s the limit for Wrexham,” said the executive director, while hailing the immense support from the beloved fans. “You look at the crowds we had in the stadium all season, the crowds that were outside the stadium (on Saturday), people couldn’t get a ticket. They just wanted to be in town, close to the stadium, close to the action.”

Although he is humble enough to know that League Two is competitive, he has full confidence in his side. “We want to do this again. We want to be having these parties next year and as many summers after that as we can possibly manage,” Ker added. It’s good to see such optimism from the executive director, who has full confidence in his squad.
