The most anticipated fight of the year is in jeopardy as Nate Diaz announces to pull out from the main event of UFC 244. Nate Diaz claimed that he failed a drug test as USADA found elevated testosterone in the test results and hence he won’t be competing against Jorge Masvidal. Diaz’s rival Conor Mcgregor responds to the whole doping controversy.
Earlier Diaz announced:
“I am not gonna make it out to NYC for fight week next week because they say I tested with elevated levels that they say might be from some tainted supplements. Until UFC, Usada or whoever is FU***G with me Fixes it, I won’t be competing.“

Conor McGregor responded:
“There’s only one Bad Mother Fucker in this game and he is the weight jumping, sport crossing, country invading, whiskey-drinking Irish animal typing this tweet right now. Right here from his presidential suite at the Ritz Carlton in downtown Moscow. “
Conor McGregor deleted the tweets moments after and retweeted this fan’s comment. Nate Diaz once accused Conor McGregor of using PEDs before. It seems as if McGregor is returning the favor.
Nate Diaz claims "Everybody's on steroids", and said in his press conference with Conor McGregor that he was on steroids too.

Even the UFC light heavyweight champion, Jon Jones showed his support to Diaz and suggest him to fight Masvidal regardless the controversies.

“I know you feel like someone is setting you up, that’s exactly how I felt. At times its going to feel like a pretty hopeless situation but maybe it’s not, you can’t just give up and do nothing. This is a different type of fight man, you owe it to your fans to fight it.” said Jon Jones.
In his recent interview during the tour of Russia, Conor McGregor has claimed that he is open to fight the winner of Jorge Masvidal vs Nate Diaz for the BMF title. However, it seems the most anticipated fight of the year might not happen at all.
