Conor McGregor seems jacked in the above photo. Now there can be a few implications from this. Conor McGregor is doing things the right way, he is taking the training camp with utmost seriousness, and he is likely to have more success in the welterweight division now. After all, Donald Cerrone is a bigger guy and Conor is relative to smaller stature compared to the other welterweights. However, the extra muscle mass would surely give Conor an edge with the power against Cerrone.

However, Conor is notorious for fading away in the later rounds. in his rematch against Nate Diaz, Conor had a lot of success in the first two rounds but he gassed out in the later rounds. And now with the extra muscle mass, fatigue can be a concern for Conor going into the later rounds considering he is not able to finish the fight early.

A fight against Cowboy would have been relatively easier if the fight were in the lightweight division, which is Conor’s natural weight class. However, it would be intriguing to see how does moving up in weight at this stage of his career affect the performance of the former lightweight champion.
