“Bloody Hell”: WWE Universe Anxious as Roman Reigns Is Found Bleeding During His WrestleMania Match Against Cody Rhodes

As the great Scott Hall once said, dreams do come true. As WrestleMania 39 concluded, Roman Reigns moved ahead toward his next milestone of completing 1000 days as the WWE Undisputed Universal Champion.

However, the son of the American Dream, Dusty Rhodes, Cody Rhodes, failed to achieve his dream and fulfill his legacy. Rhodes came short of pinning Roman Reigns after Solo Sikoa interfered and attacked Rhodes with the Samoan spike.

Roman Reigns would then spear down Rhodes and pick up the pinfall victory to continue his unbeaten reign. As Reigns picked up the victory, Paul Heyman’s vision of Reigns treating Rhodes a lesson came true. However, the ending caused the fans to be irate and show their anger. Although, they also showed their concern for The Tribal Chief as well.

Roman Reigns’ destructive match against Cody Rhodes had him scar his forehead and cause bleeding. Reigns would have a ‘Harry Potteresque” scar on his forehead which would bleed, although not profusely. This year’s WrestleMania’s Night 2 turned out to be pretty violent, as several superstars faced injury while Finn Balor also started bleeding during his ruthless match against Edge.

Fans would take notice of Reigns’ scar and start reacting to it.

Roman Reigns is infamous for opening up during his matches and bleeding profusely. Back during his WrestleMania match against Brock Lesnar a few years ago, Reigns would cut open a large gash on his forehead that would cause severe bleeding.

And, similarly this year again, Reigns would cut open his forehead, although the bleeding would be very little. Fans would, however, still take notice of it, and start reacting to it.

After a gruesome battle with Cody Rhodes at WrestleMania 39, Reigns would finally be able to put Rhodes down for the three count. Using his tried and tested heel moves, Reigns would defeat The American Nightmare, and turn WrestleMania 39 into a nightmare of his own.

While, Cody Rhodes was on the path of fulfilling his dream, he might now be experiencing nightmares. Roman Reigns has moved ahead from his rivalry with Rhodes, and is looking for new challenges. Whom do you think is waiting to challenge Roman Reigns for his World Title gold?
