UFC star Conor McGregor is called ‘The Notorious’ for a reason. You would agree once you come across his social media interactions. However, he is not always the only one picking the fight. For around the past month, known WWE stars and McGregor have been taking shots at each other. We can’t overlook any part of it because Endeavor’s deal has merged UFC and WWE and the stars can take their feuds to the arena any time down the line.
Another WWE superstar has recently made an advancement on McGregor by calling him out. Dolph Ziggler’s tweet will resonate not only with his fans but with UFC fans as well. This is because he called out McGregor for something he is known for doing.

Twitter is McGregor’s playground when it comes to online feuds. His fans are not alien to new feuds now and then. But some of you may not know that other personalities also call out McGregor at times. For example, Ziggler recently dedicated a tweet to McGregor while calling him out.

Ziggler wrote on Twitter, “How much weight would I have to cut, to fight McGregor?” Here, he talks about the weight cuts that McGregor is known for. Some even call the MMA-wide weight cuts as ‘sanctioned cheating’. The Irishman has made several such cuts spanning throughout his career.
Ziggler is also dropping hints at his desire to fight McGregor. Moreover, fans should also note that this isn’t the first time he has threatened The Notorious.
Ziggler’s history with Conor McGregor
Earlier in April 2023, Ziggler made a tweet praising WrestleMania 39. In the same tweet, he further added how he can ‘drop’ more pounds to face McGregor head-on. This news took place around the same time as the Endeavor-WWE deal.
“Absolutely amazing #WrestleMania. PS: If I can drop 45 more pounds, I can drop anyone talking trash! Seems even easier to get the deal done now, right @TheNotoriousMMA,” Ziggler had tweeted.
