Without a doubt, nobody has tested Cody Rhodes’ mettle quite like Brock Lesnar. After suffering a crushing defeat at WrestleMania 39 at the hands of Roman Reigns, Rhodes was brutally attacked by Lesnar, kicking off their rivalry.

Although Rhodes managed to score a victory over Lesnar in their first match, he was decimated by The Beast Incarnate at Night of Champions. However, Rhodes has the chance to end his chapter with Lesnar at SummerSlam. Moreover, it’s more than just a match, as Rhodes is looking to dedicate his showdown with Lesnar to his wife. Brandi Rhodes.

Cody Rhodes is gearing up for war in Detroit, which also happens to be the hometown of his wife, Brandi. Taking to Instagram, The American Nightmare relayed that he is dedicating his “rubber” match with Lesnar to Mrs. Rhodes. Let’s not forget, as excited as Rhodes is, he is also nervous, as he was recently humiliated by Lesnar in front of his mother.

Nonetheless, here is how the fans reacted to Rhodes devoting his performance to Brandi Rhodes.

By the looks of it, fans stand divided on this. We will have to wait and see if Cody Rhodes finally finishes his story with Brock Lesnar. The only way for him to move forward in his career is by getting rid of Brock Lesnar.
