Tony Khan has been receiving a lot of praise for his stellar management of AEW. Tony Khan’s company has done a great job in establishing itself as a clear rival of WWE. However, while Khan did a great job for his pro wrestling empire, he failed to pay attention to the soccer club his father owns. Tony Khan’s father owns the Fulham FC in the English Premier League, while his son is the Vice Chairman.
However, the team is not doing a very good job on and off the field this season. This has enraged a lot of fans who are loyal to Fulham but are not getting the desired results. Recently, Fulham FC faced Manchester City in the Premier League. Fulham FC were thrashed to an embarrassing loss by the reigning champions and suffered a 5-1 defeat. Moreover, the star scorer of Manchester City Erling Haaland scored a hattrick and dismissed all hopes of victory for Fulham FC. This did not sit right with loyal Fulham FC fans.
They were furious over the lack of transfer activity over the summer transfer window with Fulham also not replacing their departing striker Aleksandar Mitrovic.
Moreover, the alleged lack of progress of Fulham under the Khans also left the fans frustrated with some citing examples of clubs like Brighton and Brentford who have done well for themselves despite being of similar size as The Cottagers.
This time, fans pointed fingers at Tony Khan, accusing him of prioritizing AEW over Fulham. Several fans joined a massive trolling campaign. They said that AEW is his first and only priority.
“Enough’s Enough fans go after Tony Khan over Fulham FC’s lack of progress
After today’s disappointing defeat, an overwhelming number of fans have flooded Twitter, demanding Khan’s resignation. One fan even went so far as to describe AEW as a ‘poxy wrestling gig’ in the midst of their criticism.
Can @TonyKhan tell us what the fuck he actually does to be able to put ‘DoF/GM/Sporting director’ in his bio? Neglected the club all summer in favour of his poxy wrestling gig. It ain’t a part time job! We’ve had 10 years of it, enough’s enough, time to sell up and get out #FFC

Some of the angry fans targeted their anger towards Tony Khan and called him arrogant.
Tony Khan's complete incompetence and arrogance could help us here. If you're X club, you don't give a fuck if Fulham sell Palhinha. If TK comes in for your midfielder, you know he's desperate and charge a silly amount. TK's ego wont let him pay a silly fee which means no deal 😜

Fans did not spare Tony Khan at all.
It’s not, but Fulham should be far more advanced under the Khans than they are, the Brighton’s and the Brentford’s as you’ve put it, have overtaken us now. They’re clueless, their time is spent, they need to sell up and move on for the sake of Fulham.

The fact no one wants sign for the 🎪 at Fulham speaks volumes. Khans, your time is up. Time to sell up and find another play thing.
