The two close friends met backstage and Williams boosted Hayes’ morale. The latter appreciated the new champ’s efforts to encourage him. But it looked like he was a little envious of the newly won gold around his friend’s shoulder. This can be a hint of Hayes turning heel soon.

As mentioned earlier, after Melo lost his title, his friend Williams came to check on him. He used some encouraging words to cheer up Hayes’ mood after he suffered the loss. The two stars talked for a few seconds and even hugged each other.

There is a possibility that Melo might get envious of Williams and turn heel, attacking his friend in pursuit of the gold.
