Recently, Johnson’s XFL merged with the USFL to form the United Football League. To promote his forthcoming sports project, Johnson also became a part of the recent college gamedays with his ex-wife, Danny Garcia.

Dwayne Johnson recently revealed the date of the new UFL season. Also, he revealed some behind-the-scenes images from their shoot. Indeed, the merger is going to be a collaborative setup for not only The Rock but also for the fans; maybe that is why he won’t leave a chance to spread awareness about his new project.

Dwayne Johnson revealed on Fox’s NFL pregame show that the prime intention of the merger is to grow the game of football. He also wants to create opportunities for some deserving players and give the best to the fans. Even his business partner and ex-wife, Danny Garcia, revealed that the tournament will broadcast on Fox, ABC, FS1, and ESPN.

Also, in the newly minted agreement, the former president of the XFL, Russ Brandon, will get a similar position in the new league. With a brand-new setup, it will be interesting to see if the NFL gets an arch-nemesis in the form of the UFL.
