“Your Transformation Is Amazing”: Female WWE Referee, Endorsed by Edge, Breaks the Internet With Her ‘Stunning’ Informal Photo

One of the most essential parts of any wrestling match is the referee, who’s integral to the start and end of the match. Many referees come in and go away without the audience even remembering their faces. So, it was especially important when this female referee, who got an endorsement from Edge, became the first woman to referee a match in Saudi Arabia.

But she is once again making the headlines. This time though, it is out of the ring and it involves her breaking the internet and shocking the fans through her body transformation.

WWE’s female referee, Jessika Carr, posted a mirror selfie, with the caption about getting ready for the WWE fair fax that happened last night. For those who aren’t aware, Carr is the first female referee that WWE hired after the 1980s. She is also the first female referee to have worked in a match in Saudi Arabia.

The Saudi Arabia gig was something that Carr could get because of the Rated-R Superstar, Edge. When talking in an interview, Carr revealed that Edge put in a word for her in Vince McMahon’s ear so that she could get the opportunity. Being a veteran, Edge only works with referees he is comfortable working with, and they chose Carr to referee the Hell in a Cell match between him and Seth Rollins.

Having wrestled all her life, Carr got into WWE in 2017. But instead of a wrestler, Carr’s career took a swerve as she appeared as a referee in 2021 when she appeared in NXT. At the moment, she is a part of the SmackDown brand and makes appearances here and there. Nevertheless, she entered the limelight this time for a photo she uploaded on social media.
