When asked about the secret to a fit physique after all these years, Hogan had a surprising revelation. Through his wise words, we can tell that The Hulkster is a man who has been training his physique for more than two decades.

Even though weight training can keep you in shape, it comes with its own set of problems. Hulk Hogan likes to put his age as being “70 years young“. However, he still has to tread carefully while training his muscles with weight due to his growing age and the numerous surgeries he has had.

Santi Zap recently held a charity live stream on Twitch to raise funds for the ‘Boys and Girls Club of America’. In the same stream, Hogan appeared for an interview. Zap began by asking how the 70-year-old is still in such good shape.

Wrestling for 40 years, I got beat up pretty darn good. So, for me, it’s being real consistent, it’s using light weights, full range of motion, and just training body parts and not overtraining,” revealed Hulk Hogan. He also mentioned having a 10-day week, where he sometimes wouldn’t isolate a major muscle for many days, since his body takes time to recover now that he is older.

The WWE Hall of Famer further confessed, “You gotta train smart. But it’s lightweights, full range of motion, and it still works, brother.

“Hollywood Hogan” is known for various fitness tips that he gives out to the world. A year ago, Hulk Hogan provided the world with four major lifestyle tips that ought to keep them healthy.
