WWE SmackDown 2/23 Spoilers: Bloodline Feature Twice, Randy Orton Stands Tall Ahead of Elimination Chamber 2024

A few moments ago, WWE held a new episode of Friday Night SmackDown from the Delta Center. Fans in attendance at the venue in Salt Lake City, Utah, witnessed a batch of tapings leading up to the episode that will take place the night before Elimination Chamber 2024. It’s worth noting that the company could add backstage segments that weren’t presented to the public tonight.

It was planned that after the conclusion of tonight’s edition of SmackDown, the backstage workers and WWE superstars of the roster will begin to travel to Australia for Elimination Chamber in the coming days, so it has been decided to record next week’s program of the blue brand this Friday. • Tiffany Stratton defeated Liv Morgan.
• Ashante “Thee” Adonis and Cedric Alexander star in a backstage segment.
• The Bloodline’s first segment backstage.
• Bron Breakker defeated Dante Chen: After several weeks of deliberation, the new NXT Tag Team Champion finally decided to join the blue brand. Breakker signed the SmackDown contract in a segment held on the on-ramp and shook hands with Nick Aldis to seal the deal.

• Pete Dunne & Tyler Bate defeated Dominik Mysterio & JD McDonagh: The match was scheduled after Mysterio had a run-in with the British backstage. Bate challenged the Judgment Day member to a tag team match to prove that he and Dunne were prepared to win the Unified Championships held by Damian Priest and Finn Bálor at WWE Elimination Chamber.
• The second segment of The Bloodline backstage.
• The Authors of Pain defeated Street Profits: Both teams are part of one of the brand’s most prominent rivalries. Earlier, Akam and Rezar tore apart two NXT talents in what was their first match since their return to the company.
• Drew McIntyre vs. L.A. Knight ends in disqualification: The six participants of Elimination Chamber 2024 collide in the center of the ring to close the episode.

The next episode of Friday Night SmackDown will take place on Friday, February 23. The show was taped last night from the Delta Center in Salt Lake, Utah, after the broadcast of the latest episode of the blue brand. Fans will be able to watch it through its delayed broadcast on FOX in the United States.
