Popular recording artist Bad Bunny made his WWE debut in 2021 at WrestleMania 37. Since then, he has made sporadic but impactful appearances, wowing the spectators. Bunny’s athletic moves and ability to sell them have been hailed by many and he has generally found himself on the greener side of things. However, the 29-year-old made an unintentional error on live TV during his time on Friday Night’s SmackDown, forcing the company to take action.
Bad Bunny’s ‘old-fashioned’ jacket doesn’t sit well with the WWE
The Puerto Rican rapper made his ringside comeback during this year’s WrestleMania 39. His appearance, however, wasn’t limited to a Spanish commentator, as the ‘I Like It’ artist interfered and tilted the match in Rey Mysterio’s favor during the latter’s bout with Dominik Mysterio.

This quickly translated into a feud between Bad Bunny and The Judgement Day, who took offense at the former’s interference, which cost their member his all-important match. Since then, the frequency of Bunny’s appearance and skirmishes have increased. He was last seen on the last episode of SmackDown, where he forged a new bond.
While the spectators cheered the new alliance, it was the moment leading up to it that seemingly caused a facepalm situation for the WWE. The 29-year-old rapper was wearing a jacket that had the company’s old scratchy logo (WWF), forcing them to blur it out on social media. Ever since changing its name to World Wrestling Entertainment, Inc. in 2002 from World Wrestling Federation Entertainment, Inc., the company doesn’t use anything, including the logo of its old brand.
Lmao they blurred it out on their YT channel. pic.twitter.com/5uL5vxB1In

WWE’s ‘blurring’ action garnered reactions from social media users who tried to guess the reason behind the move.
Yeah but Vince blurred it out he wanted no smoke with the panda 🤣🤣🤣 pic.twitter.com/XwdNqb0F1Q

I mean I’m pretty sure it’s just a legality move, because technically that logo implies the “WWF” brand which could end up getting them sued

On the other hand, despite the error, Bad Bunny may have allowed himself some form of protection from The Judgement Day during his clash against friend-turned-foe Damian Priest at WWE Backlash on May 6.
Latino World Order likely to keep The Judgement Day at bay
Bad Bunny’s frequent skirmish with The Judgement Day, especially Damian Priest and Dominik Mysterio has resulted in a street fight match between him and Priest The match would have been a lopsided affair as Priest has three other members of his stable to back him against a lonely Bad Bunny. However, Rey Mysterio and his LWO evened the playing field.
As mentioned above, Bad Bunny’s new alliance came in the form of him joining Mysterio’s Latino World Order, after they repelled The Judgement Day from the ring on the last episode of SmackDown. Bunny dropped his jacket and replaced it with an LWO T-shirt from Mysterio, officially joining the ranks.

The newly revived faction comprises Rey Mysterio as its leader and Santos Escobar, Cruz Del Toro, Joaquin Wilde and Zelina Vega as its other members. Apart from the rapper and Priest, the others are also likely to feature during the match, hoping to make their faction member win.
The group has two more separate ongoing feuds- Rey Mysterio against his son Dominik and Rhea Ripley against Vega- that could play out ringside.
