When it comes to perfectly crafted storylines in the WWE, there are plenty to pick from. The current Bloodline vs. Cody Rhodes involving Dwayne Johnson will easily be in the top five. What started with Roman Reigns turning heel for the first time has spawned one of the greatest underdog stories in the WWE.

Now, after a heartbreaking loss at WrestleMania 39, Cody Rhodes will hopefully ‘finish his story’ at WrestleMania XL. However, in this perfectly crafted story, a fan has seemingly figured out a small loophole.

WWE fans must admit that Rhodes’ story this year started off a bit rocky. After winning the Men’s Royal Rumble match, Rhodes was finally set to face Reigns for the WWE Universal Championship at Mania XL. However, he seemingly gave up his spot to Dwayne Jhonson. This left fans scratching their heads and revolting against this idea. This led to Rhodes announcing that he wanted Reigns at the WrestleMania kick-off show.

While the pivot was great, fans still wonder what Dwayne Jhonson whispered in Rhodes’ ear. This interaction took place the night Rhodes handed over his spot to Johnson. Despite all the speculations, one fan theory on Reddit seems to have cracked the answer.

According to user TheRV1HD from r/SquaredCircle on Reddit, something could be deeper than what was whispered. In a post titled ‘The Rock/Cody Rhodes Whisper Going To Be Important?’ the fan broke down what it could be with a prediction of what was to come at Mania.

According to the post, Johnson is set to turn on Reigns. The user posted, “The story is now set up that The Rock has joined The Bloodline but he’s an inside agent that Roman is not aware of just yet.” So, does this mean that the whole heel Rock is just a facade to ensure The Bloodline does not get any hint of what is at play?

The post further continued, “They can simply say that Rock just made sure to tell Cody to stick to the plan. They had this all in place to take away Romans power.” 

According to the post, the story will see Johnson turn on Reigns during the final match to ensure The Bloodline does not interfere in the match.
