In his entire WWE career, Wyatt suffered from just two physical injuries. One was at the start of his career in 2012 when he suffered a torn pectoral muscle that needed surgery. And the next was in 2016, where he suffered an injury on his right calf and had to be pulled out of a wrestling tour.

Other than that, Wyatt never had any other major health issues during his entire stint with the WWE. That was until January 2023, when he decided to take a hiatus because of a life-threatening illness.
