One of the biggest premium live events, Crown Jewel, is on the horizon. The WWE Universe has many matches to look forward to on a special night. Another enticing clash between Cody Rhodes and Damian Priest has been made official on the recent episode of Monday Night Raw. Soon after accepting the challenge, Cody Rhodes suffered an ambush. The moment he needed the help of his friend Jey Uso, he was busy with Rhea Ripley.

Jey Uso was rizzin’ it up

After Cody Rhodes accepted the challenge, Dominik Mystrio and Rhea Ripley were present at the end of the ramp, waiting to enter the ring if needed. Jey Uso happened to be present there too. But seeing Rhea Ripley, it looked like he was not able to control his charm. As an angered Ripley was staring at him, he did a charming eyebrow raise trying to impress The Mami.

Cody Rhodes had interrupted Judgment Day’s promo on this week’s Raw as he wanted to confront Damian Priest and Finn Balor for their actions. As soon as he accepted the challenge, members of The Judgment Day and JD McDonagh ambushed him. He was able to overpower Priest but McDonagh inflicted some damage which left Rhodes stunned. Priest took advantage of this situation and attacked the 2023 Royal Rumble winner and injured him in the process

However, he was never one for being shy to show his interest in Rhea Ripley. For a long time, Rhea Ripley wanted Jey Uso to join their stable. However, things turned sour between them.

Rhea Ripley’s got an eye on Jey Uso

When Jey Uso was first drafted to Raw, he was constantly persuaded by Judgment Day to join them. They knew about his potential and all the things he could offer as a stablemate. They were following the Main Event Star everywhere trying to change his mind. One candid moment that was caught on camera was Finn Balor telling Uso that The Mami is a big fan of his work and upon hearing that, the star blushed.

Things started to take a turn ugly when Jey Uso decided to send a clear message by teaming up with Judgment Day’s rival Cody Rhodes. In one episode of Raw, Cody Rhodes told Dominik Mysterio that The Eradicator had her eye on Jey Uso, which infuriated Dirty Dom. Since then Uso has been trying to openly flirt with her just to make Dominik Mysterio jealous and angry. After the events of today’s Raw, an injured Rhodes was later escorted by Jey Uso and Adam Pearce out of the premises. Now, with the contract signed, it would be interesting to see the events that will unfold next week and whether Jey Uso will make it on time on Crown Jewel.
