WWE had a happening weekend earlier this month with two big events comprising the spectacular showcase event of wrestling and the much anticipated WWE sale. McMahon not only benefitted from the monetary perspective, but he also reportedly regained his control over WWE’s creative due to the deal. But according to the recent report, now it seems like there are also some limitations to McMahon’s future prospects within the company as per his renewed contract.

While McMahon will continue to serve as the executive chairman of the company for the next two years, a recent report by The Hollywood Reporter indicated two major clauses that say, ‘McMahon’s continued employment shall be conditioned on” compliance with the company’s “Conflict of Interest and Code of Conduct,” as well as its “Equal Opportunity and Non-Harassment Policy,” among other terms.

However, it’s safe to say that the clause came as an aftermath of Vince walking out of the company due to some allegations of a hush money scandal against him last summer.
