Renowned Wrestling Journalist Dave Meltzer stated on the recent episode of Wrestling Observer News Radio an update on Roman Reigns’ match at WrestleMania. As per Meltzer, The Tribal Chief may defend his title at WrestleMania in a triple-threat match as WWE face complications with multiple storylines.
Given the involvement of Dwayne Johnson in a triple-threat match at WM, it gives Rhodes an upper hand to finish his story without ever pinning Reigns. Such a loss will also not hamper Reigns’ legacy as a legitimate threat to the WWE roster. However, it raises questions as to how Rhodes will find his path to main event WrestleMania as Punk is most probably slated to win this year’s Rumble.
