Dwayne Johnson’s fans won’t fall short of calling his wrestling career ‘remarkable’. In fact, Johnson’s wrestling fandom is so widespread that even fellow wrestlers from different promotions recall him for his iconic moves. An AEW star recently appeared in an exclusive interview to talk about how he loves one of The Rock’s signature moves.
Daniel Garcia, who has also been a one-time champion in RoH, is apparently a fan of Johnson’s wrestling. The ‘attitude era’ wrestler could have influenced several youngsters to opt for wrestling as a career. However, even after choosing to wrestle, Garcia still seems to be inspired by Johnson in a lot of things he does.

Dwayne Johnson is known for his time when he used to innovate iconic wrestling moves. While recalling these moves by The Rock, ‘Rock Bottom’ might come first in mind. In fact, that is all that Garcia can think of currently. Nobody knows for how long the AEW wrestler loved the move. The former RoH champion also indirectly praised The Rock as a wrestler as he went on to compliment his move.
“The greatest professional wrestling move of all time. I just like doing it. It feels very powerful when I do it. I feel great, just ‘Ahhh,’ like I’m catching an alley-oop,” said the AEW wrestler. He claims the move to be the best in the business while also accepting that he loves executing it in the ring. Due to cross-promotional differences, there could be an issue if Garcia ever calls the move by its original name. However, it appears that he is already looking into that issue.
Johnson should be on the lookout for more such fans because ‘Rock Bottom’ isn’t the only iconic move he created during his wrestling career.

Another move that WWE fans would recall from the attitude era is ‘People’s Elbow’. The Undertaker recently recalled the time when the promotion’s active roster was hell-bent on breaking his character. The Phenom was popular for staying in kayfabe, however, Johnson made it his sole purpose to break his character. He came up with the ‘People’s Elbow’ as a way to do that. The Undertaker recalls the move in a humorous way in a recent interview.
