Whenever the WWE universe thinks about raising hell and laying down a barrage of beatdowns, there is one man that comes to their mind. After all, he is human, and sometimes even the toughest S.O.B. in WWE got into situations that needed him being bailed out by others.

Who saved Stone Cold Steve Austin’s life inside the squared circle?

Stone Cold Steve Austin was an integral part of WWE’s Attitude Era, reigning as the poster boy. He was a part of one of the most elite class of WWE superstars. The names included his greatest rival The Rock, Kane, The Undertaker, Mick Foley, and Triple H. Throughout the era Austin often found himself pitted against The Game. The duo was a part of many great matches and storylines.

However, Triple H once had to break character during one of his bouts against Austin. The instance came at a WWE house show back in the late-1990s in Germany. The match ended with Austin pinning Triple H for the win, only to be attacked by a fan who broke the security and entered the ring. The current WWE CCO immediately came to Steve’s rescue and retaliated by taking down the fan. The fan was later escorted out of the ring by security.

Right after, Triple H himself exited the ring and Austin was seen posing for the fans with the WWE Championship.

Stone Cold Steve Austin revealed the entire instance on Twitter recently. He thanked The Game for protecting him back then, while also highlighting such incidents could happen every now and then.

As mentioned, both Stone Cold Steve Austin and Triple H were mostly each other’s bitter rivals and battled each other in various high-stakes matches.
