Father time is slowly catching up with WWE legend Jim Ross. The veteran pro wrestling commentator will complete 50 years in the industry in 2024. Ross is one of the few living legends who has been privy to WWE’s success since Vince McMahon’s buyout of the company from Vince Sr. Currently, Ross serves as a commentator in the rival AEW promotion.
Recently, the 71-year-old shared a disturbing health update online and asked for suggestions from social media users. He wasn’t let down as scores of recommendations were put forward. But before reading what the fans said, let’s find out more about Jim Ross’ troubles.

Ross is no stranger to battling health problems. In 2021, news emerged that the WWE Hall of Famer was diagnosed with skin cancer. Fortunately, he shared a positive update about it in April this year. According to Ross, his wounds had reduced by 43 percent following treatment.
Just a few weeks ago, he informed the world about another scare after he suffered a fall. Ross’ present complaint is about his back pain. He tweeted that “the sciatica is absolutely kicking my a**”. Ross said the condition had forced him to alter his plans and had impeded his walk.
Got to be honest, but the sciatica is absolutely kicking my ass.
Had to budget my trips to the can today because walking became almost unbearable.
Open for suggestions.

According to medical professionals, sciatica is a form of nerve pain that affects a person’s back. The problem mostly occurs due to overgrowth in bone or when a herniated disk causes the nerve to experience stress.

Having detailed his troubles, the septuagenarian then asked his followers for help. They put forward their suggestion and even recommended him to catch up with another WWE legend.
Fans refer Ross to DDP, share healing methods
Sciatica is a very common form of pain. According to the Cleveland Clinic, sciatica is experienced by about 40 percent of people in the United States of America during their lifetime. It also mostly affects people over the age of 20. So, it wasn’t surprising to see many users empathizing with Ross while sharing their own ordeal.
A few of them even asked him to approach fellow WWE Hall of Famer Diamond Dallas Page. These users shared how DDP Yoga has been beneficial for them.
And when you’re feeling up to it, try @DDPYoga. Saved my spine.

Apart from earning a reputation as a pro wrestler, the 67-year-old has garnered a massive following through yoga.

He practices the form and has been instrumental in helping other wrestlers, including Shawn Michaels, Chris Jericho and Jake ‘The Snake’ Roberts.
Been dealing with sciatica since March and only just starting to get over it, you got my sympathies finally back doing some DDP Yoga, but really just stretching, back rest and physio in general was all I could really do, even pain killers didnt work except for Pregablin.

But not just DDP, another WWE superstar was suggested as a go-to man for Ross.
Mr. Ross ask @WWESheamus about this guy Jeff Cavaliere with AtheanX. Jeff Cavaliere served as both the Head Physical Therapist and Assistant Strength Coach for the New York Mets during the National League East Championship 2006, 2007 and 2008 seasons.
