WrestleMania’s first night wrapped up with eye-catching and endlessly entertaining matches. One of the title matches during the night was Charlotte Flair vs Rhea Ripley. Flair was in her seventh reign when she was ultimately defeated by The Eradicator. A lot of fans had wished for this result. However, the ending bending in their favor made several fans happy and excited.

While for Ripley and her fans, it was a victory dance, Flair must be upset on the inside. The face that was smiling on the outside was hiding the pain. A popular AEW star sensed this and decided to cheer up The Queen.

A simple tweet to make Charlotte Flair’s day

Flair vs Ripley was a match filled with twists. The Queen’s title defense appeared to be promising. However, the challenger proved to be a strong contestant. Ripley stood as a tough competitor. By the end of the match, she proved that she is worthy of holding the title. Considering this, Flair was smiling and clapping even after losing the title. Seeing his wife in such sportsmanship, Andrade El Idolo tweeted in her favor.

You are my champ!! Te amo,” the AEW star wrote for his wife. Even though Flair lost the title, Andrade is proud of her. This is because of how well she performed in the match and did not lose her sportsmanship along with the title post-match. The affectionate tweet from her husband must have enlightened Flair’s day.

This is not the first time that Andrade supported Flair. The couple mentions each other publicly now and then. Flair even referenced her husband once on her road to WrestleMania.

Before facing each other at WrestleMania, Flair had a lot of stare-downs with The Eradicator. One time when Ripley and Dominik Mysterio came on SmackDown to threaten Rey Mysterio and Flair, The Queen had an apt response for the younger version of Mysterio.

After hearing Dom brag about his ‘Mami’, Flair replied, “I have a real Latino man at home that calls me Mami. With a much thicker accent. So I don’t know what the hell you’re talking about.” This ended up gaining a lot of attention from fans. Although wrestlers are not allowed to reference other promotions, this indirect mention drove the wrestling community crazy.
