Roman Reigns is perhaps the biggest antagonist in the WWE story today. The Tribal Chief has established a legacy like no other in the modern era and is moving ahead, basking in the glory of his success. The entire Bloodline has been the top attraction since last year. Moreover, two of the brightest talents reached heights they never did before a feud with Roman’s faction.

Roman Reigns has firmly held the WWE landscape in his grasp for over three years. The Head of the Table has been backed by his faction ‘The Bloodline’ and Wiseman, Paul Heyman. However, their faction saw the addition of Sami Zayn last year which proved to be a turning point in his career. Zayn’s time in The Bloodline has been truly remarkable, bringing him much greater success than ever. Zayn’s presence and aura made Roman’s stable the most watched attraction on WWE television programming. Moreover, Zayn betraying the faction added more fuel to the fire and got the viewers stuck to WWE’s TV product. The road continued with Sami challenging Reigns for the Undisputed WWE Universal title, joining forces with Kevin Owens, and winning the Tag Team championships from The Usos in the main event of WrestleMania 39.

However, wrestling podcasters, Jim Cornette and Bryan Last recently stated that the fans have seemingly lost interest in the storyline. They believed that the WWE Universe is no longer invested in the story to the extent they were a few months ago. Furthermore, they dissected the recent Sami and KO’s in-ring segment with Reigns and his enforcer, Solo Sikoa on SmackDown. Cornette and Last spoke about it in detail during the latest episode of Jim Cornette’s Drive-Thru podcast.

The next chapter of this intriguing storyline would see Roman Reigns and Solo Sikoa challenge Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens for the Undisputed WWE tag team titles. The match would take place at WWE’s next premium live event, Night of Champions in Saudi Arabia next week.
