The last time The Head of the Table was pinned was in 2019 against Baron Corbin. Since then no WWE superstar was able to achieve this feat of pinning Roman Reigns until Jey Uso at Money in the Bank.
However, this victory is glorious for The Usos, as they gloated over it after the match. WWE shared a video on their official Instagram where Jimmy and Jey Uso claimed they are ‘The Ones’ looking at the camera.
WWE shared the caption, “After #MITB we all know the answer to that. ☝️😮💨”. While Jey Uso said, “Yes sir, yes sir, yes sir. Matter of fact, who the ones now? Who the real ones now? Uce.”
A victory over the WWE Undisputed Champion is huge right now, as he is the hottest thing in WWE. Consequently, being the first person to pin Roman Reigns in three years, is a milestone. It completes the aspect of The Bloodline arc appropriately.
