It’s not even been an entire week since CM Punk was seen at WWE’s backstage. His surprising appearance at Raw backstage made headlines in no time. And with each passing moment, some facts combined with a few rumors are spreading. It appears like CM Punk is on a one-of-a-kind tour, as he is again spotted hanging out backstage at another wrestling show.

It must be surprising for fans to encounter the AEW superstar mysteriously in other promotions. The shock to see CM Punk back in WWE after  9 years, was still fresh. Now, a few days later, he was hanging out at Impact Wrestling. But was he requested to leave from here as well, or did things remain calm throughout?  

CM Punk makes a surprise visit to a wrestling show

Impact Wrestling’s Slugfest tapings in Cicero Stadium in Chicago gave some interesting visuals to fans. Along with Trinity Fatu, aka Naomi, making her debut, there was also someone else who caught good attention. Punk was not only seen hanging out backstage at Slugfest, but a few Impact stars also posted a picture with him. 

But was he welcomed or requested to leave the arena? No, the officials did not ask him to leave like Vince McMahon’s brutal request. On the contrary, security welcomed and brought him through, as reported by Fightful. 

With a Chicago Blackhawks NHL red hat, the former WWE champion was casually dressed when he was spotted outside the Cicero Stadium. However, even though the real reason behind his WWE appearance is revealed, his visit to Impact Wrestling still remains suspicious. And taking things a step ahead, fans started trolling Punk for his surprise visits to different promotions.

From the moment the unseen pictures of the two-time AEW World Champion came to the surface, fans jumped on to troll it heavily. The sarcastic comments of wrestling enthusiasts were quite amusing. Some were in a great dilemma as they tried to figure out the reason behind CM Punk’s visit to non-AEW wrestling shows. 

A few fans even gave these unexpected visits to the superstar as a tour for his own benefit.

As of now, there is no concrete answer behind CM Punk’s out-of-the-blue visits. However, as per reports, fans can see him in June at AEW’s new two-hour Saturday show as a main star of the program.
