A lot of Hollywood fans admire The Rock for his physique. However, not all of them know that it can also become the reason for his sleep-deprived schedule. When the 2021 movie premiered, a lot of news networks were present at the event to interact with the stars on and behind the sets of the movie.
An ‘ET’ reporter found his way to Emily Blunt and Dwayne Johnson, cosplaying The Rock’s character in the movie.
Blunt sweetly complimented the reporter’s look. The reporter then mentioned how he woke up at four in the morning to do some push-ups. He subtly hinted that the reason to do so was that he wanted to look like The Rock. After listening to him, Blunt asked Johnson, “What time are you up doing push-ups?” The WWE legend shared that he didn’t sleep. So, he was already up. Blunt took the opportunity to roast her friend by saying, “That’s why you look rough.”

The comment sent a ripple of laughter among all three people present on-screen at the moment. Even though Johnson has set an unusual schedule for his push-ups, his fans appreciate the hard work he has put into his physique.
Dwayne Johnson’s sleep schedule
Johnson was most likely joking about his sleep schedule. This is because all bodies need rest. However, he has previously also mentioned that he indeed sleeps quite less. The Rock’s workout routine is not hidden from the world. While the wrestler starts his week’s day one with training chest and upper torso, day six is concluded with arms and abs. He usually gets up early in the morning to begin his daily routine.
