The former six-time Women’s Champion recently appeared on After the Bell podcast. As Money in the Bank is only a week away, host Corey Graves asked her whether she wants to top her husband Seth Rollins over the best Money in the Bank cash-in in WWE.
Lynch said, “So look, I don’t think that anybody would be able to take that crown. I think we accept it and move on because that’s just the way it is. But I wonder, but there is something till that because the first WrestleMania I went to from NXT when they brought up was when he cashed in.”
She added, “So that was my first experience of WrestleMania, live in person standing in the audience watching him. I watched his first match, and by the way stole the show, incredible match. Then I was there to feel the energy. So I think because that was my first experience of WrestleMania, it really hit home.”
“I mean Colby (Seth Rollins), he was a friend of mine at the time and I was very happy for him. So there is an emotional attachment there,” ‘The Man’ further said.
Nobody ever thought that The Architect was going to cash- in at the grandest stage in 2015. Although recently Rollins revealed, AEW star Claudio Castagnoli aka Cesaro had brought it up ahead of WrestleMania 31, he had no idea WWE was planning this in reality.
