Sydney Sweeney Favorite to Play Longest Tenured WWE Female Star in Future Biopic

Sydney Sweeney’s recent hits have earned accolades from fans throughout the world. But it also seems to have caught the attention of current WWE superstar Natalya. According to reports The former champion is in talks to make a potential movie about Hart Family.

The success of the movie Iron Claw could be a key factor. Hollywood now believes there could be an opportunity to explore more about wrestling families. Natalya in a recent interview with Lightweights Podcast disclosed that there are talks about a movie about her family.

Natalya on why Sydney Sweeney should reprise her role in the rumored movie

The host asked Natalya her views on which actress is a perfect fit for her role in the movie. To which Nattie replied “Well, it’s funny because like, I love Sydney Sweeney. So I’m like, ‘Sydney Sweeney should play Nattie.‘ I think Sydney Sweeney should play me. I think she’s so talented. She’s so pretty. So like, I’m gonna go with somebody that’s really pretty.” 

Natalya loves Sweeney cause she has the personality of a WWE superstar with her talent and her pretty looks. She also revealed who fits her father’s role on screen. “I love Paul Walter Hauser and I think he’s so talented, but I love that he loves wrestling. He is a huge wrestling fan and he loves the industry. He’s passionate about it. He’s wrestled. In his acceptance speech at the Emmys, he called out Matt Cardona (aka Zack Ryder) in his acceptance speech and was like because he’s getting ready to have a match with him. Paul, Walter Hauser loves wrestling. He has so much respect for wrestling.”

The B.O.A.T. of WWE continued how similar her dad and Hauser look. Adding to it with Hauser’s love for wrestling he is the best person to play her dad’s role on screen. She continued “But the more I look at old footage of my dad, the more that I’m like, ‘Oh my god, Paul would be a great Jim Neidhart. I’ve said this before, but I can’t unsee Paul as my dad, I think he would play such a great Jim Neidhart. When I start fantasy casting, I would cast Paul.”

Although the movie is still not confirmed, people can gauge from Natalya’s response that she has been thinking about it for quite some time now.
