Seth Rollins has become one of the main faces of WWE in recent years, just as other wrestlers were in the past. The Rock was also at the top of the company, and now it seems like a generational clash is on the horizon over disgruntled egos. Dwayne Johnson has had his ups and downs with the World Heavyweight Champion.

Their rivalry, which began at WrestleMania 40 Kickoff, is still hot, and the two have thrown several messages at each other through different interviews. But why did the Architect go against the Rock and Roman Reigns? Well, he did talk about it tonight at RAW.

Seth Rollins on going against the Bloodline

In his latest segment with Drew McIntyre on RAW tonight, the WWE World Heavyweight champion had a face-to-face talk with his challenger for WrestleMania 40. And the segment did not stay limited to just their upcoming matchup. While McIntyre talked about his eardrum injury, Rollins revealed the reason behind him going after the Bloodline. He said, “Some risks are worth taking.” It could be a continuation of his previous revelation that he wishes to go against Roman Reigns because he was the one who taught the Tribal Chief everything about wrestling and the WWE.

The road to WrestleMania XL is proving to be dizzying. While the finale of Elimination Chamber has already routed much of the card, the main event related to Cody Rhodes is still a big unknown. The Rock’s involvement and everything related to Seth Rollins’ position as World Heavyweight Champion have ended up generating one creative dilemma after another and time is running out.

Undoubtedly, we have a more than interesting few weeks ahead of WrestleMania XL. As we’ve previously reported, The Rock has been announced for the next three episodes of SmackDown, so we can expect plenty of teasers, confrontations, and revelations when it comes to The Bloodline’s new lineup. Also, after Cody’s Rhodes major brawl tonight at the end of RAW, we can surely expect the Rock to be face-to-face with Rhodes as well sometime soon.
